A grocery company using the Constant Customer Feedback™ system has added their own custom links to the online reporting site (Knowledge Management Console).
Store managers and field supervisors can access important documents, including a survey action planning template, the fiscal reporting calendar, and the most recent executive summary of company-wide survey results.
This way, managers can review or download these documents from the same online environment that they visit for their customer ratings and feedback.
