A retailer had been using Constant Customer Feedback™ for several years. Despite using this best-in-class solution to listen and respond to their shoppers (external customers), they lacked a reliable tool for collecting feedback from their employees (internal customers).
RFG activated the Frontline Feedback™ module into the same reporting platform as the retailer’s customer surveys. We helped this company develop an optimal set of employee survey questions, based on their needs and prior survey history, as well as our vast database of supermarket norms. Employees at stores, distribution facilities, and the corporate office now participate in annual job satisfaction surveys, as well as periodic surveys that address specific topics. All responses are collected via our secure online survey site, addressing the past challenges of distributing, collecting, tabulating, and reporting employee survey results.
