The young man in the deli that waited on me was very polite, informative, and cheerful. While he was helping me I had his full attention, he made excellent eye contact and smiled. He offered me a sample of the item I had questions on (I buy from the deli about 3 times monthly and no one has ever offered me a sample). The cashier was also very helpful. She was "ahead of me" with the scanner when I was going to lift heavy items so they could stay in the cart. She made sure I had information on the "game/promotional" event that was starting. She offered assistance to get items to my car. While talking to me she had good eye contact and facial expressions. This is very important and impressive to me as a customer!
