Here is a recent comment delivered via our Constant Customer Feedback™system. Are you really listening to your customers?
I asked the meat department on Saturday if the store carried pork hocks. He said no as there is not much of a demand. However, he said if I wanted them, he would put in a request/order for Monday. Well, I made it back Tuesday and there they were. These are a favorite in my household for soups and adobo and since moved to the Northeast, I have not found them. So I am appreciative for the service and the extra step taken by your meat department. As a measure, I had asked a few months ago at a competitor store, and the butcher all but made fun of my question and said something to the affect that people around here can afford real meat. So thank you and I am glad that I have become a regular customer at this PC.
